It's a Recipe in a Bottle™ was born when I needed a new recipe for my own life. 

In 2017, after a painful divorce left me starting over personally and financially, I began searching for a way to rebuild.  I knew one thing for sure:

 I could cook—and people loved my food.

  While listening to motivational speakers, I heard Steve Harvey talk about the power of a $10 idea.  My first thought was a cookbook. 

 But with thousands of free recipes online, I wondered, "Who is going to buy a cookbook from me?"  

Then one day, I posted a picture of something I had cooked on social media.  Someone commented, 

"That looks good.  What's the recipe?"

And in that moment, I felt God say:

"Put the recipe in a bottle."

That idea became It's a Recipe in a Bottle™-handcrafted seasoning blends, created to take the guesswork out of cooking and help everyday cooks create bold, memorable food without needing a cabinet full of seasonings.

What began during one of the hardest chapters of my life became a new beginning, a purpose, and eventually a brand.

Because sometimes you don't need the recipe.  You just need the recipe in a bottle.
